Everything on this site — the SamaraBoT robot, its design, its software, and the words and images you see here — was created by our team. This page explains what that means for you, in plain language.

Section 01
Our ownership
SamaraBoT is an original product, protected by copyright from the first sketch to the final line of code.
Mechanical design
The arm structure, joints, links, gripper, and every printed part were designed and engineered by our team.
Electronics & firmware
The control board layout, wiring, motor drivers, and firmware that bring the arm to life are our own work.
Software & the app
The SamaraBot Control app, its interface, and the code behind every motion are owned and maintained by us.
Website content
All text, photographs, illustrations, logos, and videos on this site belong to us unless clearly stated otherwise.
Section 02
What you may — and may not — do
A quick, honest summary of what is allowed without asking, and what needs our written permission.
You may
Use your robot personally — build it, run it, and program it for your own learning and projects.
Share links to our pages on social media, in classrooms, or with friends.
Quote short passages of our text with a clear credit and a link back to this site.
Take photos and videos of your own robot and share them freely.
Ask us anything — for classroom use, workshops, or collaboration, just write and we will almost always say yes.
You may not
Copy or redistribute our design files, code, or app without written permission.
Sell, rent, or sublicense the robot, its parts, or its software as your own product.
Use our name or branding in a way that suggests a partnership that does not exist.
Republish our photos, text, or videos on another site or in print without asking first.
Reverse-engineer the software for the purpose of creating a competing product.
Section 03
Educational use
Teachers, schools, and workshops are always welcome.
If you want to reproduce a worksheet, a diagram, or a section of text for a class, just write to us and tell us what you need. We almost always say yes, and we are glad to help — especially for schools and non-profit programs.
Section 04
Reporting a concern
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, or you have seen our work used without permission, please reach out.
We take these matters seriously and we will respond quickly. Include a link or a description of the material in question, and we will follow up as soon as we can.
Section 05
Common questions
Can I use SamaraBoT in my classroom?
Yes, and we love it when you do. Just write to us with a short description of your class or program, and we will send you what you need — usually at no cost for schools and non-profits.
Can I share photos of my robot online?
Absolutely. Photos and videos of your own robot are yours. Feel free to tag us if you would like — we enjoy seeing what students build.
Can I modify the robot or its code?
For your own personal use, yes — tinkering is part of learning. What you may not do is redistribute modified versions as your own product, or sell them without our permission.
Can I use SamaraBoT's name in a project?
You can refer to SamaraBoT by name when describing your work (for example, "built with SamaraBoT"). You may not use our logo or branding in a way that suggests an official partnership or endorsement.
What if I want to collaborate or license the design?
We are open to it. Write to us with a short description of your idea and we will get back to you.
