Section 01
What we collect
Only what we need to run a workshop with you, or to send you a SamaraBoT robot you ordered.
Your contact details
When you book a workshop or order a robot, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us.
Workshop details
For a workshop booking we may ask for the venue name, the number of participants, the date, and any special needs. A venue can be a school, a library, a science center, a community space, or a company — wherever the workshop takes place.
Order & delivery details
When you buy a SamaraBoT robot, we collect the delivery address and the payment confirmation we receive from our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Photos from workshops
During a workshop we may take photos, but only with the permission of the parents and the venue. We never publish a participant's name or face without written consent.

Payment & shipping
How your order information is handled when you buy a SamaraBoT robot.
Payments are processed by a trusted payment provider. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, and we never see or store your card number. To ship your robot, we share your delivery address with our courier — and nothing else. If you need an invoice, we will keep the minimum information required by law, and delete the rest once your order is complete.

Your rights
You are always in control of your information.
You can ask us at any time to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it completely. This applies whether you booked a workshop or bought a robot. Just write to us and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you are a parent or guardian and want to know what we hold about your child, the same applies — we will answer honestly and quickly.

Common questions
Do you collect data from children?
No. Our website and app are not designed to collect personal information from children. Workshop bookings are always made by an adult — a parent, a teacher, a school, a science center, or another organization. The participants themselves never need to give us any personal information.
Will you send me marketing emails?
Only if you ask us to. If you sign up for updates about workshops or new SamaraBoT versions, you can unsubscribe at any time with one click. We never add people to a list without their permission.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded — your card number never reaches our systems.
Who do you share my address with?
Only the courier that delivers your robot, and only the information needed to complete the delivery. Nothing else, and no one else.
How long do you keep my information?
Only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us — while a workshop is being arranged, while your order is being shipped, or while we are replying to your question. After that, we delete it or ask if you want us to keep it.
What if I want my data deleted?
Just write to us and we will remove it from our records. There is no form to fill in and no reason to give — we simply respect your wish.
